The Trade Show & Education Conference is FREE to attend to anyone who manages or operates apartments and their employees. We offer outstanding apartment industry education for every apartment professional taught by local and national speakers! Whether you are an apartment owner, maintenance technician, leasing agent, property or service manager, regional or executive director, realtor or broker, we have something for everyone! Product Spotlight – Located at the ‘Demo Lounge’ on the trade show floor will be folks featuring brand-new products every twenty-minutes! Find the ‘Product Spotlight’ – Demo lounge located on the show floor plan map below.
Ask the Expert – We have experts on-hand for Maintenance, Marketing, Insurance, Human Resources and Legal! Stop by either the Juniper or Maple Ballrooms for an opportunity to speak with the an expert one-on-one!
Parking Lot Pick-up – With over 1800 attendees to the show, we understand that you may not find a ‘prime, real-estate’ parking space! No worries, we’ve got you covered! NEW this year and FREE will be roaming golf carts in the parking lots to assist you and to and from the parking lot and to the show entrance courtesy of our member Golf Cars Inc.! Golf Carts will be driven by our Helping Hands Committee volunteers who will be accepting donation tips for the PAA Charities!
Trade Show APP – Coming soon will be our NEW PAA APP and our Trade Show will be the first event you will be able to download! We will be announcing very soon when you may download the APP!

We promise you an exciting day and although the entire day is FREE, please pre-register today. All registered attendees will have a name badge waiting for you at our registration booth located on the lower level – trade show floor entrance. To attend any of the education sessions or to visit the trade show floor, you will need to have a name badge to enter. On-site registration is available but not recommended.
The PAA has a strict No Suitcasing policy. This simply means that if you are not an apartment owner, apartment management company employee, realtor or broker, you may not attend the trade show floor.
