Fair Housing and Beyond The PAA East offers training regarding fair housing practice in the multi-family industry four times a year. Make sure your company is well versed in Fair Housing laws and procedures. Fair Housing training includes information on protected classes, federal laws, service and emotional support animals and how barred discriminatory acts impact property operations. Real Estate continuing education courses We are committed to offering licensed brokers and agents the required continuing education accredited courses required by the Pennsylvania real estate commission.
