If you're a property supervisor with two years of multi-site supervision experience OR if you're a CAM, ARM or RAM designate, you can take the next step and earn your CAPS designation.
CAPS requires five days of training plus a final online exam. There is no project requirement for CAPS. Once you earn your CAPS, in order to maintain the designation you are invoiced a $100 renewal fee annually and you must report a total of 6 Continuing Education Credits.
