Register now for the Winter 2018  CAMT class! Classes start in January, end  in March!

This program is designed as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, to give these professionals the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.  The CAMT program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), a private non-profit organization that administers and coordinates the US voluntary standardization and conformity assessment system. 

CAMT includes:
Non-Technical on-line video courses:
The online classes allow students to learn at their own pace. After learning the new content in class, students go through a set of scenarios in which they evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians in realistic situations and rate them on a set of criteria related to the learning points of the course. 

Technical Courses:
These take place in the classroom with an Instructor presenting core concepts and procedures, as well as leading course participants through reinforcing learning activities. These activities range from discussions, to solving, "what if" scenarios to hands-on activities.

> Appliance Maintenance and Repair
> Interior and Exterior Maintenance and Repair

Programs cans be taken as standalone seminars or in full to earn the industry designation.

CAMT certificate candidates must complete the following to receive the CAMT designation:
>one year of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience
> successfully complete the courses and online content listed above 
> meet all examination requirement within 12 months of declaring candidacy for CAMT.
